On arrival visitors must report to either :-

For training purposes new starts/new members
wear jogging bottoms &sweat shirt or t-shirt.
Once you become an established member
a traditional Gi (karate/judo type suit) is worn.
Jewellery must not be worn during training (unless authorised by the Sensei).
Due to the fact we train on mats, no shoes/footwear can be worn during training.
Gi / suits and equipment can be bought, when required,
through the club at very reasonable prices
