Kilwinning Course
A day of Ju-Jitsu and Aikido in Kilwinning.
The event took place on Saturday 1st May 2004
Instructors Sensei Frank Watson and Sensei Hugh Moran
plus other guest instructors attended the course.
Sensei Michael McDonald was also asked to assist with instruction
and demonstrate a variety of techniques.
A very hot day enabled all to go outside and practice weapons training.
This brought over many curious spectators from the surrounding houses both children and adults .
All the Sensei's showing different types of self defence including disarmament,
ground work and throwing techniques.
Around 30 students attended and a great day was had by all.
